As a Designer, Brand Builder & Product Executive Paul is perfectly located at the intersection between our digital and physical worlds. With over 15 years experience crafting products, brands and experiences, his goal is to create memorable data driven connections for companies and their customers through an intimate bond between the consumer, product, brand, storytelling and technology to accelerate growth and build stability.

Thriving on chaotic early stage star-ups and established businesses looking for new directions Paul loves to bring together tech and creative focused teams to shake up and build successful foundations for a company’s future growth in an ever changing world. As an internal entrepreneur Paul has led the expansion and vision of both online (e-commerce) and offline products at MOO.COM, Packlane, Teespring and Crane Stationery. Always establishing new levels of innovation leveraging the processes of design thinking, design sprints as well as his experience to create growth and increased customer loyalty.

Paul has established himself as a unique expert in the fields of on-demand product personalization and direct to consumer e-commerce in many different categories including packaging, apparel, jewelry and print  working directly with many industry giants and startups to drive innovation.

His work has connected tens of millions consumers to physical products through online interactions and in-store immersive experiences that capture the imagination.

Coming from a physical & digital product background Paul analyzes consumer needs in a unique way to drive the best online and offline experience for customers.

End-to-End Customer Experience

Paul’s drive is to create customer awareness & advocacy at brands from pixel to purchase and delivery. Looking at the bigger picture he connects with consumers and customer experience to generate brand loyalty.

Chief Product Officer
CRANE

2018 – Present

Paul was headhunted by the CEO of Mohawk Fine papers to overhaul the Crane brand internally and externally. His work has successfully reimagined the brand, its technology and place within the world.

Director of Industrial Design
Teespring

2015 – 2017

In 2015 Paul relocated from London England to the USA to take up the position as Director of Industrial Design at Teespring. His position quickly expanded supporting and leading in brand, product experience and design quickly becoming a key member of the company.

Packlane

2017 – 2018

Originally an advisor to CEO and founder Miriam Brafman, Paul was brought on to improve product and customer experience through brand, leading a site redesign and brand which led to increased sales and opportunities.

2008 – 2015

Joining MOO in 2008 Paul established himself as a key member of the team creating all of MOO’s most successful products generating tens of millions of dollars of margin rich revenue. Paul’s acted as a very success full bridge between manufacturing, product and e-commerce.
